Many of our practices use Practice Fusion (www.PracticeFusion.com) to facilitate their electronic medical records/electronic health records requirements. We are in the process of linking our software. At this time the information is manually input from Practice Fusion to our software. We are linked to the Amaji (www.Amaji.com) EMR/EHR system.

Availity

The CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes and the diagnosis (ICD -9-CM) codes are generally submitted to Availity (www.Availity.com). Those claims that are ineligible for submission to Availity are submitted to other clearinghouses or direct. No additional clearinghouse fees are charged.

General

Our medical billing service combined with our software is a complete medical billing solution. Our medical billing online software is so easy to access staff can provide medical billing from home if that is more convenient. Medical billing and coding statistics are efficiently loaded into the software from Practice Fusion EMR or Amaji EMR or manually.

We have two medical billing services pricing models. The first, and least expensive, model is based on the practice inserting the medical coding and billing information into the software. The second model is based upon our staff entering the medical billing and coding information into our system.

One of our most popular medical solutions is to offer lower service fees for medical practices that input their patient demographics and/or medical billing & coding (claim entry).
